International PEACE Summit    schedule

1. Meet and hear RI President Frank Devlyn on Wed, August 16th

2. Meet and share the cultures of our guests from Eastern European and Central Asian countries

3. Develop, in person, World Community Service (WCS) projects woith your international Partners

4. Participate in the provovative discussion groups focused on world hunger and what we as Rotarians can do about it

5. Benefit first hand from the Rotary Foundation experts who will be on hand to assist with choosing the right grant and developing the project.

6. Preview the latest agriculural technology, see the results of the experiments in process on the Penn State Campus

7. Meet with your Rotary friends from the other Districts in your zone.

8. Be a charter member of the International Peace Summit totally committed to WCS and world understanding and peace.

Where:
Penn State University, State College, PA and Ag Progress Days at Rock Springs approximately 4 miles south of State College on Route 45 Map by MapBlast

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, August 15-17, 2000

Tuesday afternoon August 15th is orientation. The evening is a free Bar-B-Q for all participants.

Wednesday Evening:
1. Reception for Rotary International President Frank Devlyn A buffet meal followed by a presentation by Pres. Devlyn.

Thursday morning:
1. Plan and development for the future with Rotary Foundation guidance.
